Preparing an enquiry creates an email draft for you to review and send. It does not submit information to us through the website, book an appointment or create a professional engagement.
Services begin under separately agreed terms, including deliverables, responsibilities, fees and any relevant deadlines. Published package descriptions are subject to the scope and conditions shown with them and the agreement for your work. Tax filing and audit are not included by default.
Payment, cancellation, refund, confidentiality and service-specific obligations are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement. If that agreement differs from these general website terms on the services being supplied, the engagement agreement governs those services.
