This notice covers website browsing and initial enquiries. If you engage us, the agreed service scope and any additional data-handling terms will also apply to information provided for that work.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, service interest and a description of your needs. If you arrive through an industry enquiry link, that business category is included too. Please avoid including identification documents, bank details, passwords or confidential client records in an initial enquiry.
“Prepare my enquiry” creates a draft in your browser. It does not send the form to us or save it to a website database. Opening the email draft passes the information to your chosen email application; copying the draft places it on your clipboard. We receive the enquiry only when you send it to us. Your email provider handles that message under its own privacy terms.
Information involved in running the website
Delivering and protecting a website involves technical request information, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested pages and the time of a request. Hosting and security providers may process this information to operate their services and investigate errors or abuse.
The website does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics tools. Industry selections and enquiry drafts are held in the open page rather than saved by the website to local storage. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and browser controls.
How enquiry information is used
Information you send is used to respond, understand the work you need, discuss a possible engagement and manage related correspondence. An enquiry does not sign you up to a newsletter.
Email, hosting and other service providers may handle information when providing those services. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to establish or protect legal rights. Where personal information is handled outside Singapore, applicable protection requirements under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act must be met.
Keeping information
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, an agreed engagement, or a relevant business or legal purpose. Applicable legal and record-keeping requirements can affect that period.
Reasonable protection is required for personal information. Email and internet communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure; contact us before sharing sensitive records so an appropriate handover method can be agreed.
Your choices and requests
You can contact hello@rdvpro.co to ask about your personal information, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where applicable. Identity checks may be necessary before information can be released. Legal exceptions may apply, and withdrawal may affect our ability to provide requested services.
